The more we deepen in the secrets of the universe whenever we discover the accuracy of the expressions of the Koran, and it comes the word is always the most appropriate, to read this article and praise ِAllah Creator of this great universe.
In the early 20th century, a new age of science began after the discovery of the structure of the atom and the discovery of many secrets about the universe in which we live. New criticisms of the Holy Qur'an began by some orientalists and claimed that the Qur'an is not scientifically accurate.
One of the things I recall is that the Qur'an misinterpreted the rotation of objects in the universe when he said: " every one in the orbit they swim" (Isa. 40). They said that the word "swim" is scientifically inaccurate because the planets and stars do not swim but spin in the void, and swimming is in a physical medium such as water.
With the beginning of the twenty-first century, a new reality emerged, "cosmic building". Scientists realized that there are constructive building blocks in the universe. Each group of galaxies is a building block, so the whole universe is built up.
Scientists have found that the universe is full of matter and energy, so there is no vacuum. Thus, all cosmic objects, such as Earth and planets, swim in this medium of matter, energy and abundance in the universe but with low intensity.
It is also clear to scientists that what they call space does not exist because space does not exist in the universe at all, but every part of the universe, however small, is busy with energy and matter together, so the newly emerging reality is that planets, Or space, but swim in a material medium and energy together.
Therefore, the expression of the Qur'an with the word " swim" is very accurate in scientific terms, but the scientists of the West today if they were offered this word to take it and considered it better than the word "rotates" that they use wrongly. If they were offered the word (building), which is mentioned in the Koran in the verse (and the sky build) [Ghafir: 64], also to take it because it completely reflect the reality of the universe, while the word "space" does not express anything!
Then the word "spin" that we find in their articles is not true at all, because the movement of the sun, the moon, the earth, stars, planets, galaxies, dust, and cosmic gas ... all move a vibration movement composed like a body that floats on the water surface and is moved by waves.
The earth, for example, revolves around the sun, but revolves around the center of the galaxy with the sun. It orbits the galaxy around a center for the gathering of galaxies. The result of these three movements is a vibratory vibration movement, as if it were swimming on a wave up and down. Hence, the Qur'an does not use the word "spin" "Swim" because they reflect the nature of the movement of these objects.
NASA scientists confirm that the space environment is very similar to the environment of the sea! So they send astronauts in underwater swimming trips for three weeks, before they go swimming in space!
Hence, we find that the Holy Quran uses a very precise expression in the verse: (And every one in the orbit they swim), and this verse attests to our Prophet peace be upon him and that every word came by it is inspired by God Almighty.
To be sure of this fact, we resort to the words of astronauts who have come out of the earth's gravity, what did they feel in space ?! Anyone who ascends into space confirms that he felt like they were floating on the surface of the water !! So NASA scientists say in one word: "Astronauts feel like they're floating when they're in space." This means that "astronauts feel like they float when they are in space."
When a person is in space, he feels like floating on the surface of the water. This feeling is real and not imaginary, because the person outside the earth is not in a vacuum but in a physical medium but with low intensity. Therefore, the expression "swimming in space" Almighty ( every one in the orbit they swim)
Hence, we understand why the Qur'an uses this exact expression. The Almighty says: "He who created the night and the day and the sun and the moon are all in the orbit they swim." [The Prophets: 33]. We also realize that the more science develops and the more we know the certainty of the universe, the more we realize that the words of the Qur'an are the most accurate and scientifically correct, not as some skeptics claim that the Qur'an contradicts one or that its words are inaccurate.
